Biography:

Susan O. Call is the Director for Installation Clean Energy & Energy Efficiency in the Office of the U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense for Environment and Energy Resilience. Her responsibilities include overseeing policies and programs to ensure installation and energy resilience for DoD installations. Her extensive background as an integrator and innovator uniquely qualify her for the challenges of this new position. For 20 years, she worked at the Naval Facilities Engineering System Command NAVFAC) with experience in utilities, energy, resilient and renewable energy project development through third-party financing. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
