Jacob Morrison is a Project Manager with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Installation Support & Programs Management Directorate, Energy Division, in Huntsville, Alabama. He directs 10 Utility Energy Savings Contracts (UESC) worth more than $105M, and 2 Power Purchasing Agreements (PPA) worth more than $95M in criteria development, planning, design, construction, and performance phases supporting various United States government agencies to increase energy security and resiliency, reduce carbon footprint & greenhouse gases, and modernize infrastructure. He serves as Assistant Vice President for the Union representing Non Professional Employees at USACE – the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Local 1858. Jacob began working at USACE Huntsville Center as a student intern in 2017 and has been with the organization since. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
