Mr. Weber has over 50 years of Mechanical Engineering experience, mostly within the US Army Corps of Engineers. His recent experience includes:
- Reviewing ESPC (Energy Service Performance Contracts) and UESC (Utility Energy Service Contracts) for various military sites. These projects typically involve up-grading HVAC systems to reduce energy consumption. Some included newco-generation plants.
- Supported the commissioning of the control system for the Keller Army Hospital at WestPoint.
- Supported the VE Study for the SOO Locks project.
- Supported the AE selection, the VE Study, and the concept design review for the CSL/MIT (Compound Semiconductor Laboratory/Microelectronics Integration Facility) at Hanscom AFB.
- Supported the design for the renovation of the HVAC system at the power house of the John Day dam on the Columbia River.
- Supported the study for the renovation of the HVAC system for the Norfolk dam power house, Arkansas.
- Provided recommendations to resolve problems with the HVAC design of a new school at Fort Buchanan.
- Provided support for the study so the Defense Commissary Agency to reduce their energy consumption.
- Provided support for the study of the HVAC system at the large Wyoming Army National Guard’s facility.
