Mrs. Gibson has 21 years of extensive policy, programming, energy management, contracting and business development experience in the Federal sector (14 federal, 4 private). She has served as Energy Branch Chief for renewable and resilient energy programs for the Army. Within private sector, she has served as Key/Strategic Account Manager for Schneider Electric and now as owner/consultant for Right Wind.

Mrs. Gibson is an Owner/Consultant for Right Wind Consulting, LLC., assessing, developing and managing strategic plans in conjunction with the mission, vision, and goals of customer. She facilitates relationships with appropriate levels of DoD, providing insights into policy and directives. She is a liaison for customers, staying cognizant of programs and maintaining relationships, to US Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center. She also serves as Vice President of Sales and Distributorship for American Wind, Inc. Mrs. Gibson is a mentor for 13 worldwide distributors and developed a $254M pipeline of power generation projects.
