Michael Ringenberg is the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Third Party Finance Program Subject Matter Expert and Program Manager for the ESPC and UESC program. Mike is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a member of ASHRAE, the Association of Energy Engineers and is registered as a Certified Energy Manager.
