Butch Wallace is a Program Manager with Tuba Group and has over 28 years of experience in federal energy management.  He has been responsible for leading the energy evaluations and commissioning of over 7,100 buildings at over 218 million square feet throughout the Department of Defense.  Butch was a federal energy manager for over 9 years and is a retired Air National Guard Base Civil Engineer.  He is currently a licensed professional engineer, certified building commissioning professional and a certified measurement and verification professional.
