Biography:

Mr. Gustafson is a licensed professional engineer currently serving as Energy Program Manager for the Office of Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment. In that role he is responsible for oversight and policy for third party financing, renewable energy, Annual Energy Performance, Resilience, and Readiness (AEPRR) reporting, and technology development. Mr. Gustafson is also an active member on the ESTCP Technical and Advisory Committees.
